Coinford Sevenoaks Project

We were appointed by the main contractors Coinford to waterproof a newly constructed attenuation tank located under a carpark ramp area for new Berkeley homes development at London road, Sevenoaks, Kent.

The attenuation tank was designated a ‘confined space’ with access only available through the ramp in the underground carpark area. All materials, safety and ventilation equipment were winched to the inner tank. Operatives wore appropriate breathing apparatus throughout the works.

SWS Ltd have provided full design, detailing and an insured installation for the project. Our works included scabbling and correct preparation to the inner tank surface to receive a Cementitious Waterproofing system to the entire internal surface of the tank.

Materials used for this project were provided by Miers Construction Products who we can work in collaboration with throughout the UK and their network of branches. We can provide special design and installation rates to Miers customers.
