The Princess Alexandra Home (PAH) provides personal and nursing care for the elderly. The home is managed by the Jewish Care organisation, providing high standards of care for older members of the Jewish community.

A phased development consisting of the design & build of a new 3-storey 4-wing building, and phased demolition of the existing care home.

SWS were appointed by Conneely Construction and MCL&H to provide a waterproofing solution to achieve a Grade 3 environment for habitable space.
