Flexus Property International Limited obtained planning permission and undertook conversion of four existing self-contained flats at 21 Upper Phillimore Gardens to a large self-contained dwelling. SWS Ltd was awarded the contract for structural waterproofing works which involved external waterproofing of wall with Newton’s cold applied waterproofing system and then, internally with Newton’s Cavity drain system.

• A comprehensive structural waterproofing project to protect newly converted below ground structure
• Installation of a cold applied waterproofing membrane with protection layer to external part of basement wall
• Installation of damp proof membrane to wall and floor of internal basement.
